I did get the card to work with windows 8.1 by messing around with legacy hardware, it seems I cant do this with windows 10. Well the legacy hardware worked for my old laptop, (ati x1600) first check that your laptop is compatible by going into internet explorer (not edge) and typing into the address bar and then type in the search your GPU, if there is a windows 7 driver then your inluck add it to your cart and unzip it (7z) to a folder, and then right click on the desktop click display settings, then advanced display settings, Display adapter settings and then click properties, update the driver you downloaded from there.
